Nice hotel and great value.

The air-conditioner is a little bit noisy at times but otherwise nice place to stay.

The breakfast was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the lobby where it was served. The staff were consistently courteous with any request. Also, location was marvellous, not very far from Chinese Cultural...  

After I checked in, I was most impressed that the airport shuttle driver was happy to take me to a local mall to do some shopping rather than walk there in the 104 degree heat. Later, all I had to do was...  

The room is spotlessly clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows

The suite was absolutely stunning, especially with the big TV and comfy beds that made my stay a dream! I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads up, the shower could use a little upgrade, but it didn't ruin my overall awesome experience! 🌊

I was in a room that someone had been smoking in. The residual smell was quite bad. Make sure you ask for non-smoking,

Room was nice and patio area comfortable.

Even though room service was available until 11 pm they refused to take my order for dinner at 1045 pm. No restaurants nearby. Also no in room movies available. Made complaint about not honoring dining schedule but no offer for any concession or apology for failure to honor printed schedule. Will probably choose different hotel on next business trip.

My suite was jaw-dropping! Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and a gorgeous living area. The decor had my heart skipping a beat.

But, despite the beauty, let's just say I found a mystery wine cork in my room. Apparently, it has a longer vacation than I did!

Pleasant staff, comfortable beds, nice pool and leisure facilities, good breakfast and central location.

The location to the airport and shuttle service provided was great. This hotel has a beautiful outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a glass of wine (or snack) by the fire pits.

The front desk needs some tweaking.

Solo traveler with a mixed bag

The lobby area was nothing messy which gave a good first impression. The front desk staff were nice and helpful , made my check-in process smoother than I expected.

It wasn't inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and quiet, even close to the airport.

Disappointed that we had to take a taxi from the airport as the hotel shuttle ends at 10p.m. I specifically chose this hotel for the airport shuttle as we arrived around midnight:(

Convenient. Very close to airport. Also recommended a great dinner spot nearby.

It was on a busy street and was somewhat loud. There were not enough staff members at the front desk to meet customer needs.
